Leon is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and a Full Practitioner Member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Neuropsychology. He has worked as a psychologist since 2000, providing psychological support for people affected by long-term neurological conditions such as acquired and traumatic brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Motor Neurone Disease and stroke. As well as being an associate for Arbor, Leon also works for the NHS and holds an honorary Senior Lecturer position at the University of Bath, where he co-convenes and contributes to the neuropsychology teaching curriculum for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

Leon works with individuals, couples, families, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams and can provide: 

  • Neuropsychological assessment and treatment for people with psychological difficulties related to their neurological condition.
  • Specialist cognitive assessments to help understand a person’s cognitive difficulties and to inform rehabilitation and treatment.
  • Neuropsychological assessment and intervention for managing post-concussion symptoms. 
  • Behaviour Management.
  • Consultation and Supervision.

Leon takes a person-centred approach, working in collaboration with his clients to develop a shared psychological formulation and meaningful goals. He provides interventions that are both evidence-based and tailored to the needs of the individual.
