Liz Vaughan is an Assistant Psychologist, and has worked in brain injury rehabilitation for over seven years after completing her BSc in Psychology at Goldsmith’s University of London.

Liz’s experience spans a variety of roles including Senior Rehabilitation Assistant, Assistant Case Manager, Brain Injury Support Package Manager, and various therapy assistant roles. 

Liz’s passion lies in providing the psychological support and evidence-based interventions that are so crucial in the process and subsequent success of brain injury rehabilitation. The importance of providing that support for the client, their families, support staff and other multi-disciplinary team members. She has enjoyed working alongside and supporting many client journeys from post injury to settlement and thereafter. 

Liz prides herself on being a great communicator and team player, having built skills from working with many different clients with varying support and psychological needs. Her approach is multi-dimensional and always client centred, adapting accordingly, and working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to promote the most progressive and empowerment based therapeutic approach. 

In her spare time Liz enjoys cooking, country walks, seeing live music and works in several residential and dementia care homes practicing chair yoga which she enjoys immensely
