Clinical Neuropsychology
Clinical Neuropsychology helps to understand changes in thinking, emotions and behaviour after brain injury or experienced as part of neurological conditions.
Understanding Clinical Neuropsychology
Arbor’s Clinical Neuropsychologists provide Psychological assessments and therapy to help make sense of changes in thinking, emotions, and behaviour after brain injury or experienced as part of neurological conditions. By working collaboratively with clients, families, and professionals, our team develops a shared understanding that guides psychological adjustment, rehabilitation goals, and evidence-based intervention.
Our approach
Work in this area involves collaboration and development of a shared formulation to better understand a client’s cognitive, emotional and behavioural presentation, alongside addressing psychological functioning and adjustment. Collaboration with their network of support (e.g. family members, therapists, and support workers) to ensure a holistic view of their needs.
