FND Service
Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) Service helps people living with FND regain a sense of control in their lives.
Understanding Functional Neurological Disorder
FND is a complex condition that affects how the brain and body communicate, often leading to symptoms such as movement difficulties, seizures, sensory changes, speech problems, and fatigue.
Our approach
Work in this area involves collaboration and development of a shared formulation to better understand a client’s cognitive, emotional and behavioural presentation, alongside addressing psychological functioning and adjustment. Collaboration with the wider support team (e.g. family members, therapists, and support workers) to ensure a holistic view of your needs.
