A typical process when you work with Arbor

Initial referral received

A referral is submitted by the instructing party outlining the client’s rehabilitation needs and background information.

Clinical contact

An Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Therapy Lead contacts the referrer by phone or email to clarify the client’s presentation, goals, and any immediate priorities.

Cost proposal and associate profiles

A detailed cost proposal is provided within 48 hours, including relevant associate CVs and an outline of the proposed intervention plan.

Funding agreement

Once funding is confirmed, therapy input is scheduled in collaboration with the referrer and client team.

Initial assessment

A comprehensive assessment is completed, followed by a summary report detailing clinical formulation, recommendations, and projected costs for the initial three-month intervention period.

Case formulation and MDT goal-setting

The multi-disciplinary team (MDT) collaborates to establish client-centred, measurable goals to guide the intervention phase.

What people say about Arbor

Real experiences from referrers who trust us with their most complex cases.

I’ve used therapists from Arbor with several clients and have always been very impressed with the services provided. It has been useful to be able to access multiple disciplines through one company and the therapists I’ve worked with – OT, SLT and psychology – have all been knowledgeable, professional, skilled therapists.
