Rachel Woolcomb qualified in 1992 and has worked in the field of neurology for the past 25 years. She left the NHS in 2017 to pursue a career in private practice.

Rachel has extensive experience of working with adults and young people who experience physical restrictions and psychological ill health due to the consequences of their injuries. 

Rachel is able to create and provide bespoke rehabilitation programmes including those for the upper limb, cognition, and for functional restoration. 
She also provides pain and fatigue management interventions and programmes. 

Alongside her clinical role Rachel works as an expert witness. This means she has excellent knowledge of the medicolegal process and the impact this has on the rehabilitation journey. 

She has a post graduate certificate in posture management. She is able to provide 24-hour postural management programmes and assess the need for specialist equipment.

Rachel is committed to her own continued personal development, as well as supporting those clinicians she works with to enhance their skills through reflective practice and shared learning.
